Government Owned Houses Cricket Stadiums In India Are Owned By The Government Or Owned By Private People?

Cricket stadiums in India are owned by the Government or owned by private people? - government owned houses

I mean, international matches in stadiums, to be played.
What about other countries?
Issued revenue from ticket sales, money to the stadium, the ground and height, parking, etc. All this is under the control of the government or the possession of private individuals to receive?
